The Series
The Reset Series is a short, structured journey designed to help you move from stress, mental overactivity and disconnection into greater calm, presence and embodied ease.
It unfolds across three practical workshops followed by a half-day immersion, with each session building on the last.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
1. Calm the Nervous System
Learn how to shift out of stress and into regulation
When the nervous system is overloaded, the mind tends to stay busy, reactive and unable to settle. This workshop introduces simple, effective practices to help bring your system out of stress and into greater calm.
You’ll experience guided methods using breath, awareness and body-based techniques to support regulation, stillness and ease. It is suitable for complete beginners, as well as for people who have tried meditation before but found it difficult to access real calm.
2. Get Out of Your Head and Into Your Body
Reconnect with sensation, grounding, and embodied presence
Modern life pulls attention upward into constant thinking, analysing and mental noise. This workshop helps you reconnect with the stabilising intelligence of the body.
Through gentle movement, breathwork and awareness practices, you’ll learn how to ground yourself more fully, settle the system, and experience the body as a gateway into presence.
3. Meditation That Actually Works
Discover a more natural, effective way to meditate
Many people assume meditation means trying to stop thoughts or force the mind to be quiet – and quickly conclude that they are “bad” at it. This workshop shows a different approach.
You’ll learn why meditation often feels frustrating or ineffective, and experience practical methods that help the mind settle more naturally. The emphasis is on meditation that works in real life: grounded, usable and free from strain.
4. 10 Gateways to Presence
Half-Day Immersion
This half-day immersion is where the series comes together.
Rather than introducing more information, it gives you the time and space to deepen what you have already experienced across the first three sessions. Through a guided sequence of practices, you’ll explore multiple “gateways” into presence – including body, breath, awareness, stillness and direct experience – so that calm and presence become more accessible, familiar and embodied.
It is designed to help you integrate the series more fully, stabilise the shift and leave with a clearer felt sense of how to return to presence in daily life.
Each session builds on the last, which is why most people choose the full series for the full effect.

About Craig
I’m a chiropractor, meditation teacher and somatic practitioner with over 25 years’ experience working with the body, nervous system and awareness.
My work brings together practical nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, meditation and qigong to help people move from stress, overthinking and disconnection into greater calm, grounding and presence.
The Reset Series draws on that wider body of work in a simple, experiential and down-to-earth way. The focus is not on abstract ideas, but on practices that help you feel a real shift, in your body, your mind, and your day-to-day life.

Do I need any experience with meditation or this kind of work?
Not at all. These sessions are designed to be accessible whether you’re completely new or have been practising for years
What actually happens in a session?
Each workshop is guided, practical, and experiential. We work directly with the body and nervous system, alongside simple and effective approaches to meditation and awareness. There’s no pressure to perform or “get it right”.
What if I’m very stressed or overwhelmed?
That’s exactly what this series is for. The practices are designed to help you shift out of stress and into a more regulated, grounded state safely and gradually.
Can I come to just one workshop?
Yes. You’re welcome to attend individual sessions. That said, the full series tends to work best because each session builds on the last.
What if I miss a session?
You’ll still benefit from the series, though it works best as a complete sequence. If you miss one, you’re welcome to roll into the next round.
What should I bring?
Just wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Mats and cushions will be available.
Is this therapy?
No. This is practical, guided work with the body, nervous system, and awareness. Many people find it deeply supportive, but it is not therapy.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Most people notice a shift within the first session.
