I’m Craig Heaven.  I specialise in Chiropractic Rehab and Prehab, with the goals of accelerating recovery, reducing the risk of injury and improving overall performance.

My aim is to provide a long-term solution, not just a quick-fix, to help you lead a healthier, more comfortable life, free from pain, as you pursue your daily activities and favourite sports.

How does it work?

Your body’s own healing processes (which we normally recognise in its ability to deal with bruises, cuts and broken bones) will then be able to get on with the task of improving your health. This treatment is known as ‘adjustment’ or ‘manipulation’.
